• Booking Rules

    1. Bookings must be made via the club wesbite booking page.
    2. Short notice bookings may be made via phone or direct email.
    3. Foundation members may book up to four months in advance.
    4. Fianancial members may book up to 3 months in advance.
    5. Guests may book up to two months in advance.
    6. Exceptions to these timelines are special events where applicants require planning lead time.
    7. Booking exceptions are at the discretion of the booking ofifcer and the committee.
    8. Bookings must be paid for within 14 days of making the booking.
    9. Room allocaton is managed by the booking officer. 
    10. Users of the lodge should leave the accomodation in a clean and proper state, as they would seek to arrive in.
    11. All users of the lodge need to be respectful and considerate of other lodge users.
    12. Refunds might be made at the discretion of the booking officer and the committee.
    13. Issues or complaints should be forwarded to the booking officer for follow up.

 

How to Book

Step 2: Submit your online bookingform

Step 3: You will receive an automated response once your booking has been received, our Booking officer will process your booking within 2-3 days and you will be sent an Invoice and confirmation of booking details. Please remember our booking officer is a voluntary position and not "on call" 24/7.

Step 4: Payment for accommodation must be made with 14 days of booking and prior to accommodation being taken.

Payments

Direct deposit can be made. Banking details will be supplied with your invoice.

Booking timelines

To enable bookings to be processed fairly durinhg busy times the following timelines apply.
  • Winter rate apply: June 1 to September 30
  • Summer rates apply: October 1 to May 31
  • Life, foundation and building fund members may book 4 months in advance, and 2 months in advance for their guests.
  • Financial club members may book 3 months in advance and 2 months in advance for their guests.
  • Guests may book 2 months in advance
  • Cancellations must be 7 days prior to stay, late advice refunds at the discretion of the Committee of Management. (No show, no advice refunds not available i.e if members of your group don't turn up on specified dates refunds cannot be granted.)

Room capacity

There are 8 rooms which can hold a total of 34 people.
Configured as follows:

  • Room 1 : 4 single bunks; capacity 4 people
  • Room 2 : 2 double bunks; capacity 4 people
  • Room 3 : 2 double bunks; capacity 4 people
  • Room 4 : 2 double bunks, 2 single bunks; capacity 6 people
  • Room 5 : 2 single bunks; capacity 2 people
  • Room 6 : 2 double bunks, 2 single bunks; capacity 6 people
  • Room 7 : 1 queen bed; capacity 2 people
  • Room 8 : 2 double bunks, 2 single bunks; capacity 6 people
